Incorporated in 1984, the company was formed to provide engineering services to the Royal Malaysian Navy. A subsidiary of the Zet Group of companies, the company has been a resident contractor to the Naval Dockyard, Lumut, since 1986 and has provided services covering equipment installation, tank cleaning, hull repairs and surface preservation.
Past activities of the company included the implementation of radio telemetry system for the Malaysian Marine Department, the maintenance of microwave communication link for the Royal Australian Air Force Detachment based in Butterworth, Penang and the supply of Flight Refueling Systems to the Royal Malaysian Air Force amongst others.
The company also undertook the software development of an Inventory Control Management System under an Offset Programme for Agusta Westland Helicopters. The system was installed at the Royal Malaysian Navy Air Wing in Lumut.
Today, the company’s prime activities are focused on the following area.
- Sale, Engineering and Support services for Raytheon Anschutz (Germany) Navigation equipment. The range of hardware and systems include Radar, Gyros, Echo Sounder, Speed Logs and GPS equipment.
- Sales and Support of Raytheon Systems Ltd (U.K.) shipboard IFF systems.
- Sales for Raytheon Integrated Defense System (IDS) in particular coastal surveillance solutions, missile launchers and torpedoes.
- Sales for Raytheon Missile System ( Arizona) , and associated ancillary systems.
- Sales & marketing of SEASTEMA (Italy) Integrated Platform Management Systems (IPMS).
- Sales, Engineering and Support services for Lilley and Gillie hardware and systems including Chernikeeff Speed Logs and Walker Instruments.
- General Engineering services to Boustead Naval Dockyard, Royal Malaysian Navy, Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency and various commercial shipyards.
